GGtem Trade Operation Policy
GGtem provides listings, trade chat, trade records, reporting and dispute filing for direct trades between members. GGtem does not hold trade payments and does not guarantee trade outcomes.
Listings must accurately state the game, country, server, quantity and price that can actually be traded. The following listings may be hidden or removed:
- False listings
- Repeated duplicate listings
- Listings that solicit outside contact or outside trades
- Items that violate the game publisher's terms or the law
A trade proceeds through inquiry, acceptance, delivery, and confirmation of completion by both parties. Members should not confirm completion before actually receiving the item or the payment.
When a policy violation is confirmed, GGtem may issue a warning, hide listings, restrict trading, or suspend the account depending on its severity. Members may appeal these actions.
