GGtem currently supports direct trades between users. It preserves agreed terms and progress records, but does not collect or hold trade funds.

What GGtem provides
- Internal trade chat

- Trade status and reviews
- Reports, disputes, and service enforcement
What GGtem does not currently provide
- Collection or custody of trade funds
- Forced refunds or cancellation of external transfers
- Forced recovery of accounts, items, or game currency
- Payment gateway, escrow, wallet, or settlement
Before and during a trade
- Do not exchange external contact details or move the trade off platform.
- Check the game, server, quantity, unit price, and final agreed terms.
- Do not confirm completion before you verify actual delivery.
- If a problem occurs, retain the trade-room record and open a dispute from the trade details.
Scope of dispute handling
GGtem can review trade records and evidence and apply service restrictions. It cannot forcibly recover or refund funds paid directly outside GGtem.
