GGtem Trade Dispute Handling Standards
When a dispute is filed, the trade snapshot, related trade chat, and submitted evidence are preserved. Each party may respond to the other party's answers and to requests for additional materials, and may request a reconsideration of the outcome. Records needed for disputes and legal responses may be stored separately for the notified retention period even after a member withdraws.

External Contact Policy

Parties to a trade must not exchange or solicit phone numbers, email addresses, external messengers, social media accounts, external trading sites, or workaround links through posts, listings, or chat. Violations may result in blocked messages, chat restrictions, or restrictions on trading features.

1. Accounts and Use of the Service
Members must provide accurate information and must not share accounts or engage in fraudulent use.
2. Trading Conditions
Until a payment gateway is introduced, trades between users take place only through inquiries, in-platform chat, and direct transactions. The platform does not hold funds and does not guarantee escrow or payment completion.

GGtem Trading Rules
1. Trades are recorded within GGtem in this order: inquiry, offer, acceptance, in progress, and completion confirmed by both parties.
2. The listing title, game and server, quantity, agreed price, parties, time of agreement, and the description at that time are preserved when the trade is accepted.
3. Reviews can only be written for trades that both parties have confirmed as completed.

GGtem Trade Sanctions
False listings, non-delivery, account recovery by the original owner, impersonation, forcing price changes, repeated cancellations, and fraud attempts are subject to report and dispute investigation and to staged service restrictions. Operator actions are recorded in an audit log with the reason, duration, the state before and after the change, and the staff member responsible.
